Deep garnet of medium intensity


Uplifted perfumed nose of rose petals and sweet spices with hints of vanilla oak.


Rose petals, cherry and plum  flavours with hints of toasty oak carry through to a palate of great texture and length. The velvety mouth-feel provides a reminder of why pinot noir is one of the greatest food wines.

The 2005 Pinot Noir shows the fruit intensity expected from an extremely low cropping vintage. Made to be enjoyed now but will reward careful cellaring for up to 8 years.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal with Chinese and Thai style pork and duck dishes.
Try it Duckling stuffed with veal and pistachio nuts.
